By accessing and using the Farmer's Link website ("farmerslink.ca" or the "Service"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Age Requirement

You must be at least 19 years of age to use this Service and purchase any products. By placing an order, you confirm that you are of legal age. Farmer's Link requires all new customers to verify their age with a valid government-issued photo ID before their first order is dispatched.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who cannot provide valid age verification.

3. Products & Availability

All products listed on our menu are subject to availability. Prices, strains, and product details may change without notice. We make every effort to ensure product descriptions and pricing are accurate, but errors may occur.

Farmer's Link reserves the right to limit order quantities, refuse any order, or discontinue any product at any time without prior notice.

4. Ordering & Payment

• Minimum order amount is $50.
• All payments are Cash on Delivery (COD) only.
• Please have exact change or as close to the total as possible.
• Orders are confirmed via text message. An order is not considered placed until confirmed by our team.
• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.

5. Delivery

Farmer's Link provides same-day delivery within our service areas. Estimated delivery times (typically 60–120 minutes) are approximate and may be affected by traffic, weather, order volume, or other factors beyond our control.

Customers must be available to meet the driver at the specified delivery address with valid photo ID. If you are not available at the time of delivery, the driver will attempt to contact you. After a reasonable waiting period, the order may be returned and rescheduled.

6. Delivery Areas & Fees

Standard delivery (free): Toronto, Mississauga, Brampton, Vaughan, Richmond Hill, Markham, Oakville, Burlington, Hamilton, Kitchener, Waterloo, and Guelph.

Extended areas ($10 surcharge): Ajax, Bowmanville, Innisfil, Lefroy, Oakville, Burlington, and Pickering. Some extended regions may have a higher minimum order or limited delivery windows.

7. Customer Conduct

Customers must be respectful to our drivers and staff. Farmer's Link reserves the right to refuse future service to anyone who is abusive, threatening, or disrespectful toward any member of our team.

8. Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when placing an order, including your name, delivery address, and phone number. Providing false information may result in order cancellation and/or refusal of future service.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including logos, graphics, text, images, and page design — is the property of Farmer's Link and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of any content is strictly prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

Farmer's Link is not responsible for any adverse effects resulting from the use or misuse of any products purchased through our Service. All products are consumed at the customer's own risk. We are not liable for damages arising from delayed deliveries, product substitutions, or service interruptions.

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
