Eligibility for Refund or Replacement

You may be eligible for a refund or replacement if:

  • Wrong Product Delivered: You received a different product than what you ordered.
  • Quality Issue: The product has a significant quality defect (e.g., mold, contamination, severely damaged packaging).
  • Missing Items: Your order is missing one or more items that you paid for.
  • Significantly Short Weight: The quantity received is noticeably less than what was ordered.

How to Submit a Claim

If you believe you are eligible for a refund or replacement:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.

  • Include your order details, a description of the issue, and clear photos if applicable.
  • Our team will review your claim and respond within 24 hours.

Resolution Options

Upon approval of your claim, we will offer one of the following resolutions:

  • Replacement: We'll send a replacement item on your next delivery (preferred).
  • Store Credit: A credit applied to your account for future orders.
  • Refund: A cash refund arranged at our discretion for qualifying cases.

What Is NOT Eligible

Refunds and replacements are not available in the following situations:

  • Change of mind after delivery (e.g., you didn't like the strain).
  • Claims submitted more than 24 hours after delivery.
  • Products that have been substantially consumed.
  • Delivery delays due to traffic, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.
  • Issues caused by customer error (e.g., wrong address provided).
